Twenty-six bezels set so close they touch, which means both edges of this band are a row of half circles rather than straight lines. That scalloping is the whole character of the ring — it catches light along the edge as well as off the stones, so the band is bright from the side as well as from above.

The band

Rounds are the one cut that can do this: their bezels nest into each other with almost no wasted gold, so a 2.6mm band can carry 0.75 carats without looking crowded. Every wall is burnished down flush with its stone's crown, then the whole top face is polished as a single surface — which is what keeps it from reading as twenty-six separate settings. Common questions

How does this differ from a claw-set eternity band?
Two ways that matter. It will not snag, because there is nothing standing up, and it will not lose a stone to a bent prong, because there are no prongs. The trade is that a bezel covers slightly more of each stone, so a claw-set band of the same weight looks a shade brighter face-on.

Is the carat weight fixed?
The design is — twenty-six stones at this size. The exact total shifts a little with ring size, since a larger band takes a slightly longer run. We confirm the finished weight for your size before it ships.
