At NYX Jewel, we take pride in crafting and delivering each jewelry piece with the highest care and precision. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:
Custom Jewelry Manufacturing
Each custom-made jewelry piece takes approximately 2–3 business weeks to create. Once your jewelry is crafted, our team will contact you for confirmation and approval before it is shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days, depending on your location. Please note that NYX Jewel is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, severe weather, or courier delays.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If a customer requests to change the delivery address with the courier while the parcel is in transit, they will be responsible for any resulting delay or additional shipping costs.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all domestic orders. However, international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country’s authorities.
Product Changes Before Shipment
If you wish to make any changes to your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at care@nyxjewel.com. Kindly note that if any modification is made to your product (e.g., ring size, metal type, diamond specifications), the production timeline will restart from day one.
Delivery Assurance
While we always strive for timely delivery and give priority to urgent orders, delays caused by courier or shipping companies are beyond our control. We assure you that our team will actively assist in tracking and resolving any such delays. Your patience and understanding in these rare circumstances are greatly appreciated.
