- Complimentary Services: You may send your jewelry anytime for professional polishing, prong tightening, or refinishing — our experts will restore its original brilliance.
- Exclusions: This warranty will be void if your jewelry is altered, resized, or repaired by anyone other than NYX Jewel.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible only for the shipping charges when sending jewelry to us for servicing or inspection.
- Resizing: Each ring can be resized up to +1 or -1 size within the first year of purchase, depending on the design (solitaire or half-eternity styles).
