Twenty-one bezel-set diamonds running the full circumference, and no two consecutive stones the same size — they graduate steadily from the largest at the center front down to the smallest at the back of the finger. The band tapers with them, so the whole ring narrows as it goes round.

The band

Graduating an eternity band is far harder than matching one, because every bezel is a different diameter and they all have to finish at the same height and meet cleanly. The payoff is that the ring has an obvious front without a single stone being set apart, and it wears more comfortably than a parallel band because the narrow section sits between the fingers. Satin gold keeps the metal quiet against 1.66 carats of diamond.

About our lab-grown diamonds

Every stone in this band is a lab-grown diamond — the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical behavior as a mined diamond, grown rather than extracted. Common questions

Is 1.66 carats a lot for a wedding band?
It is at the upper end — most diamond bands here sit between 0.2 and 0.8 carats. This one is a statement piece and priced accordingly. If you want the graduated look at a lower weight, we make a version with smaller stones throughout; ask and we will quote it.

Can it be resized?
Very little, and the graduation makes it worse than a standard eternity band — adding length at the back means changing the stone sizes there. Get the size right at the order stage. We will send a free plastic sizer.

Do the photographs show the exact ring I will receive?
Very nearly. This is a finished band made to a fixed specification, not a setting built around a stone you choose, so the ring in these photographs and the ring you receive are the same design at the same weight. We photograph every finished ring and send you those images before it ships.

Are the diamonds certified?
As a set, yes. Calibrated stones of this size are not individually certified — nobody grades a 0.10ct melee stone on its own paper — so we supply a certificate covering the total carat weight and the matched color and clarity range for the whole band.
