The band is a length of vine — gold leaves curling off a stem, with small diamonds set in the gaps where the leaves part.

The setting

A heart sits point-down in claws on a shank carved into a trailing vine: leaves worked in relief on both shoulders, with round accents bead-set between them, roughly 0.15ct in total. The leaves are shaped after casting rather than molded flat, so each one has its own curl and catches light along its edge. Botanical settings live or die on that step — unfinished leaves read as lumps of gold, and finished ones read as foliage.

Common questions

Do the leaves catch on things?
Less than claws do — they are rounded and lie close to the band. The highest points on the ring are the claws holding the center stone.

Can it be made without the accent stones?
Yes — the plain-leaf version of this setting is a separate listing. The accents add sparkle between the leaves; without them the vine reads as pure metalwork.

Do the photographs show the exact ring I will receive?
The setting, yes — those are photographs of this setting made in our workshop. The diamond in them is one specific stone, so a different center stone will not look identical: a heavier one covers more of the finger and sits slightly higher. We photograph every finished ring and send you those images before it ships.
