Three marquise diamonds fan out from each side of the emerald cut like a pair of wings, and the band beneath them is completely plain.

The setting

An emerald cut sits lengthwise in claws, with three marquise accents claw-set at each shoulder, graduating outward and each tilted a little further than the last so the group opens rather than lies flat — roughly 0.25ct in total. Setting brilliant-cut marquises against a step-cut center is a deliberate collision: the wings sparkle and the middle stone flashes, so the two never compete for the same kind of attention. The shank is fine and plain and stops the design from tipping into a cluster.

Common questions

Do the wings sit flat on the finger?
They rise very slightly outward, so they follow the curve of the hand rather than sticking out. The highest point of the ring is still the center stone.

Can it be made with fewer accents?
Yes — a two-per-side version is a simpler, lighter look and costs less. Message us after ordering and we will quote it.

Do the photographs show the exact ring I will receive?
The setting, yes — those are photographs of this setting made in our workshop. The diamond in them is one specific stone, so a different center stone will not look identical: a heavier one covers more of the finger and sits slightly higher. We photograph every finished ring and send you those images before it ships.
